Grab your favorite beverage, find a spot where you’ll be comfortable sharing your financial concerns, and we will get to know each other over a 30-minute Zoom call. We’ll talk about your business, your top goals and priorities. I’ll share how my business can help you, we’ll discuss a realistic timeline for achieving your goals, and you may even be surprised to discover that your financial situation is not as bad as you think! Within a day or so after the call, I will email you a customized proposal that will be specific to your business needs.
Let’s chat!
After you accept the proposal, we will schedule a kick-off call where we’ll get to the nitty gritty details of your finances so that I can begin managing your books. This step will require you to grant me read-only access to your bank and payment processor accounts (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). During this call, we will also get you set up in Xero, which is the accounting software that will be used to track your expenses and profits.

This is where your freedom begins! While you’re investing time and energy in your business, I’ll be spending my time fine-tuning your monthly finances. You’ll receive reports from me by the 15th of each month (ex. June’s reports will be available by July 15th). I’ll check in with you around the first of the month to follow up on any transactions that need to be clarified, but you can check in with me any time that you have questions or concerns.

is the investment in boutique bookkeeping right for your business?
How much do your monthly services cost?
Monthly bookkeeping services start at $400/month. However, if you have not done your books for a while, or haven’t been tracking your expenses, a clean-up may be needed. There will be an additional fee for each month that needs to be cleaned-up retroactively.
will you file my taxes?
I do not currently provide tax services. HOWEVER, I will prepare exactly what your accountant will need in order to file your taxes on time. If you need help finding an accountant, I can help you find the perfect person for the job!
What do you need in order to do my bookkeeping?
During our kick-off call we will get everything set up, and from then on, things will feel effortless on your end. Around the 1st of the month, I’ll send you a spreadsheet that contains transactions that I need clarification on, this will ensure accurate reports can be delivered on time.
